Oversight, documentation and compliance
Our governance framework exists so decisions are traceable, counterparties are known and each division operates within a defined scope.
Documentation standards
Transactions progress on verified documents. Each division maintains a defined document set and approval sequence.
Counterparty diligence
We identify and verify principals, representatives and service partners before engagement.
Legal and regulatory alignment
Activity is conducted in line with applicable Cambodian law and the requirements of relevant markets.
Division controls
Commodity trading operates as a controlled division with its own scope, approvals and reporting lines.
We do not publish claims regarding available funds, transaction volumes, government support, exclusive mandates or guaranteed supply. Information about any specific opportunity is shared only with relevant parties, at the appropriate stage, and subject to documentation.
Within our commodity trading division, we facilitate compliant, document-driven physical commodity transactions with qualified buyers, suppliers, logistics providers and inspection partners.
Our ESG Approach
Our ESG approach guides how we assess opportunities, engage with stakeholders and manage long-term risks. ESG considerations are integrated proportionately according to the nature, scale and stage of each investment or project.

Our ESG framework reflects 24H Synergy’s strategic direction and is subject to continuing development. It should not be interpreted as an ESG certification, external rating or guarantee of specific environmental or social outcomes.
